Located between Fleet Street and Fort York Blvd, just south of historic Fort York and north of Coronation Park, Waterpark City benefits from both its proximity to the bustling downtown core, and the calm of being on the waterfront.
In addition to the wealth of green space surrounding Waterpark City, the area is also home to many of Toronto’s top cultural attractions, including the Harbourfront Centre, Canadian National Exhibition and, of course, historic Fort York. The nearby Fashion District ensures that great shopping and dining are also close at hand, while local gems, such as Lick it Gelato, ensure that living here is a treat.
Located just west of Bathurst, Waterpark City benefits from access to the 511 Bathurst/Exhibition and 509 Lakeshore Streetcars, both of which offer connections to the subway system and, in the case of the former, Union Station, Toronto’s hob for rail transport. Motorists have easy access to the Gardiner Expressway, while those traveling further afield are but a short ferry ride from Toronto’s Billy Bishop Island Airport.
